I have met my OOP for the year. I liked the staff and the scooters they had in stock. I talked to the staff regarding my insurance and my written confirmation, which I had with me. She would not even look at it or call my insurance to get a confirmation for herself. She told me no insurance ever pays for scooters and I would need to pay for the scooter which was $229.00. I needed to take it today or tomorrow or it would be after the 1st of November because they were relocating to Denison Tx this coming Friday, October 20th. I opted to leave them and their scooter behind. My next stop was TMC Medical Supply in Denison Tx. Trina was wonderful. She called my insurance, got approval then called my doctor and got the office notes required to file with the claim. She put a brand new scooter together, let me try it out, then put it in the car for me after showing me how to adjust anything if needed later on. There was -0- cost to me because I met my OOP. Recently I had to have knee reconstruction surgery. I told by my orthopedic surgeon I would not be…read moreable to bend my leg for the next 3-6 months. Since I am a big guy, I would have to be fitted for a custom "rigid" brace. My surgeon wanted the brace fitted before I left the hospital. Michael and a helper came to my hospital room to "cast" my leg for the new brace. The process was very interesting and they conducted themselves with incredible professionalism. Unfortunately, due to the rush, the brace was not ready by the time I was released from the hospital so wore my Immobilizer home, the new brace would be delivered and fitted at my home the next day. What incredible service I received. I settled into getting comfortable wearing my new brace when I was up walking around in the house. A few days later I needed a couple of adjustments in the brace. We called, received an immediate appointment and headed over to their offices in Fort Worth's hospital district. Their offices are very inviting and comfortable and Baker has an incredibly caring staff. I am so glad my physician pointed us towards this company for my brace.

Front desk staff are cheerful and busy getting things done, and Aaron, the resident who created and fitted my AFO, is the absolute best!
