At first, we assumed it was a roof leak, but after a thorough inspection, they discovered the real issue was a corroded water pipe upstairs. The team was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They cut into the upstairs wall to locate the leak, removed the damaged pipes, and installed new PEX water lines with high-pressure fittings. Two separate leaks were repaired. They also cut out and replaced the damaged ceiling and walls downstairs, furred out areas to create a flush finish over the old plaster, and reinforced damaged studs and floor joists. All drywall work was completed with finishing and painting included. They even took care of debris removal and sealed a minor leak on the roof for good measure. The entire project came to $8,280. Given the scope and quality of the work, I felt the pricing was fair and well worth it. Premier House Care made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and the end result was top-quality.
