Herr Grabow spoke excellent English, despite his modest proclamations to the contrary, and with his help I was able to get insurance to meet my German visa requirements in record time and with record value. I have send them numerous emails with no answer, they do respond their phone but all I go from that was just more promises. I'm very understanding and I usually don't write bad reviews but this was just disrespectful. I have wasted far too much time hoping that they will behave like a well-reviewed company. Over 3 months, numerous unanswered emails and many phone calls later I am absolutely disappointed.
