I brought my main car to Allied to have the bearing and hub changed in July and now its December, the bearing is shot and i took it back to Allied and was told that they never changed it and that I need my receipt to prove that they changed it. They have no computer system!! Went to another garage and they found that the bearing was changed recently but a tone ring guard is missing, they hammered the bearing into the hub, amongst other things. I now have to pay over $1k to fix this issue. At the new garage, they even told me that the damage is so significant due to the previous mechanic's negligence, they have taken pictures of it for me. Brought my car for emissions just down the street and was told my car wasn't safe to drive. I drove to Allied and asked for a second opinion. None of the recommended issues applied. They walked me through the car showing me that none of the repairs I was told had to be done just didn't require repairs. They suggested replacing the brake pads within the next few months but I had at least another 2000 miles before gone. I tried to pay them for their time, but they refused. I have never gone anywhere else for service since. I never have been told to pay for repairs not really needed and trust them with all of our cars. I highly recommend you try them. You will be pleasantly surprised. read more
