After spraining my ankle I was over compensating on my left side and began to have back pain shooting down both my legs. After reading all the stellar reviews by others, I was led (almost) to doubt my own experience, and seeing how well others are treated, I feel even more disappointed in the care I received. I went for two treatments a week for several weeks (the doctor wanted me to do three per week) and then went to once a month, as the doctor recommended. On my first monthly treatment, the doctor did not bother to read the issues I listed on the detailed sign-in that is required. I felt that the doctor and his assistant were too busy chatting with friends and other patients to pay much attention to me. I have felt that way at other times in the past, but today is was EXTREMELY OBVIOUS to me. Not only did the doctor and his assistant manage to aggravate my main issue TREMENDOUSLY on this visit, they then were very casual in their efforts to help me. I felt much better when I got there than I did after the treatment. Meanwhile, the doctor failed even to ask about another acute issue that needed treating. On the surface, it's all very friendly and buddy-buddy, but in my experience that apparent friendliness was not backed up with the professional care and concern I had hoped for.
