I would not recommend this company. They want 14,000.00 for warranty work due to having to tunnel once again under the house to repair the warranted piers. I hired Allied to come level my house on June 9, 2020. When they said they were done, the floor was worse than before. On the south side of the house the structure is attached to the slab. When they started leveling the house they started on the north end of the house. I was told it will settle and be okay. In the office the chair rolls towards the side wall, this was one of the original problems we had the floor leveled. Still that way today. When they worked their way to the south side of the house was unable to raise/level the floor due to the fact patio was attached to the house and the slab. I am far from being expert but i know if part of the house is attached to a slab that would be the starting point. During the process a lot of sheetrock damage occurred. The front bathroom has a fiberglass shower that was level and plumb before the house leveling. The left side of the shower now is about an inch higher than the back or right side. The rear patio is slopping about two inches now. This house was built 30 years ago and never had a problem with any door opening or closing, when i questioned the workers about the doors, they said I would need to get a carpenter to rehang the doors. After about 6 months the front and back door would not open and close. I called them back out and they did come back and make some adjustments so the doors would open and close. I did get under the house and noticed that one of the beams that support the floor joist is not even touching any floor joist for about 30 feet. I thought using Allied a reputable company in business for many years would be a trusted and reliable. I would not recommend this company to do any work on anyone's house. Very disappointing, they should be embarrassed to say they did the work here, this cost about two and half times of what leveling a house on a slab. and took about a week and half to do. I will not say finish or complete, because i do not feel like it was ever completed. Cost way too much to have this kind of workmanship done. read more

A few months ago, my wife and I needed foundation work. We contacted Allied Foundation, a company we see in our neighborhood. Elmer came out to give us a quote; he was very friendly and helpful. We scheduled the work, and the team arrived to lift and repair our house's foundation. They did an excellent job, and the team was professional. Afterward, we noticed some plumbing issues. Allied was able to send a team to fix that as well (additional charge), and they did a great job. Unfortunately, rain interrupted the work, and the crew had to leave early. The next day, Raymond and his teammate came back and completed the repairs. They were very professional and efficient. Overall, our experience was excellent, and I would recommend Allied Foundation. read more

We had foundation repair done about 3 years ago. They had to come back and backfill after it settled. About 2 years in it started settling on the South side of the house. I called and they came out within a reasonable time and re-did that side. Jump forward to April 2026. I once again noticed the South side sinking, I called and they said it would be a month before they could come out. On 5 May 2026 a guy comes out (They didn't say the repair people would not be here) he fumbles around and tells me exactly what I told them over a month ago was wrong. So I start calling, first they will call me back, 2 days later no call, I call again, 2 days later no response, I call this morning Friday 5/8/2026 and now they tell me I have to talk to the warranty people, (ABOUT WHAT) The guy said they would call me back. no call yet! I keep getting this BS line that they are busy. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM! HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Am I going to wait another Month for them to come out? POOR COUSTOMER SERVICE ON WARRENTY REPAIR! read more

I recently hired them to level my foundation which was about 2" lower on one side. Their procedure caused a lot of stress on my house's walls and ceiling and broke my glass shower walls and left huge cracks on the ceiling. Their method is an old method of jacking up the slab and inserting concrete piles under. Their measurements are crude with poor repeatability. They told me that post job the foundation was level but their 2nd measurement upon my request showed it was still 1.5" off! Their customer service is absolutely garbage! They are rude and take no responsibility for the destruction their work created! Such a waste of money and time! read more

Allied has always been my go to company for Foundation repair. But our last encounter was absolutely horrible. I am a local Realtor in the Houston Metro area and have been recommending this company to many customers and friends, so the fact this experience was sub par is tough. My Personal Experience: Good: - There are some great people who work for Allied, Jacob (who is part of the family that owns and runs Allied) and Mr. Martinez (who has worked for allied for over 14yrs). These 2 gentleman where great to work with! - Allied is very quick on estimates and starting the work - No other company compares to Allied's great pricing - The foundation repair process is quick, usually only 2 days (depending on how fast the city inspector gets out) start to finish Bad: - They had to cut out my sprinkler system in order to dig the holes or the foundation pillers, repaired it with duct tape, it fell apart obviously. - They but apart my French Drain to install foundation pillars, put the drain back together with duct tape, it fell apart obviously. - They filled in the holes before the inspector could inspect the work, actually have no idea how this worked out. - Kill 2 of my bushes in the front yard, thought digging them up and leaving out of the ground for 2 days and "replanting" then would keep them alive....? - Did not replace the grass they dug up on the side of my yard, so instead left a sweet mud slide - Did a horrible job filling in the cracks between the bricks...I mean holy crap a horrible job. I will add pictures to this don't have pictures of the dead bushes, will add those later. After 2008 hurricane Ike in Houston, Tx. Rising water got into the house. Our foundation was fixed in 2009. Seems like an eternity ago....the fix came with a lifetime warranty on the sections they fixed. Well, 2023 i am selling the house. I decided to do a pre inspection. Turns out the house moved just a little bit. 1" here and 1/2" there. Called Allied. Made an appt. And BAM, the work was completed. No costs. The office staff was great. Answered all my questions. The workers who came out...wow, there were alot of them. And i see why now. They dug it all up. He warned me, if they did up a plant, they will put it back. And they did. Everything looked like before. I loved they even brought tarps to put the dirt on so they could put it all back in place. No dirt lost on my yard. Follow up after the work, fabulous. Allied Foundation had done some work for us 12 yrs ago and was pleased with the work and pricing then. Only one corner of the house was affected. So when we noticed a crack in some tiles inside our home we callled Allied Foundation and they promptly came out with an estimate and repaired the rear of the house where the issue was and also adjusted the previous work (no extra charge for the adjustment of previous work). Pricing was fair and the crew worked great and left the house in clean condition and even the flower bed was put back in place and all the plants survived. First off, technician came 2 hours earlier than appointment with no call or notification. He left came back at original appointment. The whole time he was in a hurry and would not even speak with me when I had questions. He was finished with my quote in less than 20 minutes. The other companies I had come out took almost 2 hours. He gave me a inaccurate quote by over 15 internal pillars and over quoted my outside pillars. He never went up to my second story addition which is actually the cause of my foundation issues. I was told by the other companies that came out that if allied did the repairs as listed my whole second story and all of its beams and my whole roof would have been completely destroyed, because the work order did not include the upstairs which is causing load bearing issues on my first floor foundation/slab. Then when my husband left a crappy review due to the level of unprofessionalism and neglect of the 2nd story I had one of their employees named Marco calling me and harassing me because they were called out for sucking so bad. If you want an inaccurate quote with inaccurate measurements and inaccurate repairs this is definitely the company to waste your time and bend you over to get the screwing of your life. read more

As they got started with the work they ran extension cords all over my house for power they left my doors open with my AC on and running had lights on that weren't being used threw there trash in the holes they dug to put there pillars in they cracked 2 windows and didn't tell me anything damaged my kitchen pantry door and my walls in my kitchen again didn't say anything about it overall I wasn't very happy. read more

My mom called out Allied to get quote on foundation. The guy that came out told her we are slow so we can give you a good price and start on it right away. She explained that she had to wait on plumber to fix her water leak, he said "oh no problem, we also do plumbing. She was staying in a hotel due to water leak, She signed contract for them to put in 16 outside piers and 3 inside piers. They never put in inside piers, and the house shifted. She called several times and finally Allied supervisor and owns daughter came out and basically told Mom that she was out of luck. We requested papers to show the exact elevation before and after but was never supplied. Went to BBB and his daughter wrote alot of untruths but never supplied us with documents we requested. She said they did foundation work first and then the plumbing which is WRONG. So it just goes to show she doesnt know what she is talking about. Allied did external piers on our house in 2019. They did warranty work a year later. Since then an entire window has cracked and multiple cracks have formed in our home, including a hairline crack across the tile floor concrete. Apparently, the prior owners already had them come out and do warranty work. So, every year to a year and a half more damage was occurring (Failed worked from the get to) We had a tech come out to take measurements on the house and as soon as he walked in the first thing he said was "we don't cover damage" , well nice to meet you too... he spent less than an hour walking around getting measurements. We were asking a lot of questions about foundation, assuming he'd be educating us, instead he was in a defensive mode and answered questions defensively. When he was done, he wouldn't leave us a copy of the measurements, he said we'd have to call the office "company policy". That seemed odd, and he also said he was trying to get to Dallas that day. What made this even weirder is that he ended up accidentally texting us a copy of someone else's measurements, which was weird, since he said company policy was that he couldn't share measurements. When we called the front office, they said that is not a policy and he should have given us a copy. Giant red flags started popping up everywhere. We decided to hire an independent structural engineer to look at our house, since their techs have no licensing. The engineer concluded that Allied didn't do the work right the first time, and that their concrete blocks were not pushed to refusal. He also cautioned us that if a company can get the job done in one day, they're not doing it right and not going deep enough in the soil for the conditions in our area. We decided to get additional quotes from other companies. Every single company that came out said we really needed interior piers, the allied tech didn't even mention that. So if we let allied do repair work, we would end up in this exact same situation in who knows, another year. Since this happened, we've done a ton of research and talked with a lot of industry professionals. I can confidently say Allied uses concrete piers that will not go as deep as needed in the soil conditions here (fort bend county). I asked to speak with a manager or owner at Allied, but we've been rejected by the tech and front office. I'm terrified to have Allied do warranty work. We spoke with 9 other companies, two companies that won't even touch a house if Allied worked on it. I hope my review will save someone from choosing them and ending up like us. The tech even said it's hard to find good workers right now. Allied is cheap for a reason, their work doesn't last and we've since found out they're being sued by more than one person. If you have a real foundation problem, it won't get fixed by Allied, they let go of all their employees during Covid and hire people who have no experience. Don't buy a home that Allied touched, you'll end up spending way more to fix their mistakes or damage your house more. read more

Just giving the facts. First adjustment 2017. 2nd adjustment happened in the same area in December 2021 . Noticed same area started moving again in may 2022 (5 months after 2nd adjustment) Allied came out in July and agreed needed adjustment again in same area. Scheduled for December for third adjustment same area. Foundation is still moving. Hopefully the beam doesn't crack before they make it out. I would have hope allied would have scheduled the adjustment earlier considering it's the third time in the same area. And no. Water is not getting to the foundation. Had the area around grated to shed water away from the home after the first adjustment in 2017 . So that wouldn't be a non issue if it moved again. Wanted to wait on rating allied to see if finally this would be resolved but. Have to give a rating to post. read more

zero rating if I could. we've lived in our home for 40 years and we've really never had a foundation issue. after Hurricane Harvey we made some major changes to the inside of our home; such as new cabinets, new windows, new shower, updated our electrical and plumbing. our kids felt we should spend a few thousand dollars more ($8,700) and get the foundation leveled, and our home would be in excellent condition. we signed a contract with Allied Foundation. we've had nothing but problems ever since; cracks, in the ceiling, crown moulding separating from the ceiling, tile floor cracking in every room of the house, exterior patio is severely cracked, broken pipe at outside house faucet. I just spent $410.00 to have this fixed. I've made numerous phone calls to Allied and they have sent someone out to hear my complaints. They made an adjustment earlier this year by drilling out my front porch again. Pulled up my plants, that ended up dying. Allied Foundation is now using high pressure sales techniques to secure business; which they have never done before in the past. I have recommended them to countless clients due to the no pressure sales technique. They are now offering a "discount" if you do the job quickly vs "the normal rate" to secure business. When I called the company to report my concern they said "that is not a sales technique it's just a discount to get us jobs faster" I've been in sales and marketing for a long time and that is most assuredly a pressured sales technique. After the way I was quoted from them on my own home yesterday I can say without a doubt that I will not use them to do my foundation repair. First method of inspection by using 4ft bubble level. So request another using zip level. Readings and drawings totally different number , of piers needed . And different bids. The second one being close to $10k more. Kept asking for explanation. And asked for owner to call me. Seems like no one at company wants to be accountable other than each inspector had different opinion. Is this a good business practice ? Yes the owner of the company called me. The front of our house had dropped 2 1/2". There was an 1 1/2" crack in the outer wall. There were interior cracks as well. Pantry door would not stay shut. Allied installed 17 piers under the house in 1 day!!!! Cracks have closed and are gone. Pantry door easily latches shut. Driveway door no longer sticks! Clean up was great. Price was fantastic at under $4000. Highly recommend Allied Foundation Repair. Jacob was extremely helpful. read more

Ah where to begin... Hired to fix a foundation, they showed us where in the house the wood floor would have to be removed. They said carpet would have to be pulled back. Price was $9400. No problem... Came in after the work was done. They used NO protection on anything in the house while working. They destroyed every inch of our home's 2 year old wood floors. You could see plain as day where they dragged their tools across the floor, from the door to each of the work spots then back out. Cement was all over the wood floor, including some well preserved foot prints made of concrete. And even better the holes in the wood floor they cut were twice the size they claimed. So, $8000 later we had a new floor installed. The poor carpet, also 2 years old, also had to completely replaced. NOT reinstalled as they claimed it could be. They CUT the carpet in every room (even a room they did no work in!) and rolled it up, throwing it out of the room. So there went another $1000. If that weren't enough, they tore part of our deck up, ~15% of it, without telling us this was needed. They were nice enough to leave it uninstalled with nails sticking up for us to play with. I didn't watch them work (I have a job) but I know their equipment is painted blue... I know this because their tools did a good job of beating the hell out of our trim and walls leaving our white walls with some lovely racing stripes... So another $9000 went to pay to have the entire house including trim and doors repaired and finished. We had paid $4500 deposit for the work. They sent out a gentleman named Luis who's look of horror when he entered the house was priceless. It was that "oh crap we messed up bad" look we've all felt before. He tried to keep his composure, ensuring us the floor could be buffed out LOL and offered $500 off the bill because any more would result in them losing money haha! We refused to pay, asked for a manager, etc. We were given the name and email of a manager named George. We were told to email him our concerns and he would get back with us. Well, that didn't happen. George is apparently very busy lol... So, having filed our dispute we waited to be contacted to figure out the deal. No contact came for a month at which time we got a call from collections informing us our balance was past due. I took the time to explain the situation, the collection person fumbled around trying to give a few hundred off. I said I wanted everything in writing but he insisted on settling the matter on the phone. Finally he gave in to their mistake, saying "well I guess I'll just mark the account paid and fire Luis". Trying to guilt trip US. Unbelievable. If only that were the end of the story... A few months later guess what? They put a lein on the house for $11,401! As part of the selling process, extensive foundation repairs were needed. Our buyer contacted another local foundation company that was very expensive. Our real estate agent told us that he used Allied in the past with great luck. We contacted them and Ali came out the same day to do the measurements. He was honest in his opinion and told us exactly what we already knew. Two business days later the crew lead by Jose was right on time. The crew worked a full two days to complete the leveling project. The next day, the clean up crew came in and did an excellent job erasing almost every trace of their mess. A few good rains is all it will take to wash the remaining dirt back into the ground. I read the other Yelp reviews after we has already contracted with them which made me a little nervous. After 5 quotes on my house I called Allied back to do the job. I was very apprehensive about tunneling under the house but my house stayed in tact with few Sheetrock cracks. The foreman took great effort to inspect the house as they lifted it. The cleanup crew exceeded my expectations. They put my flower bed back together. They did wash my patio and it still has dirt everywhere on it, but they did try to clean it as best they could. read more

Comcast does better appointment and customers service than these guys. They simply try everything they can to provide bare minimum service and courtesy at best when it comes to doing their job and lifetime warranty. They have broken my sprinkler system in the yard and I only found out months after they came for a warranty repair. They have come for a warranty inspection, simply did not inspect the front half of the property at all nor the middle of it. There are spots in my house that I walk on and feels like I am suddenly walking over an empty 2nd floor ceiling. I call for another inspection, they give me a week of wait time, then say they will arrive between 10-11 and give advance call. I call at 10:05 and they say well it's 10:05 just hang tight and they call you. Well, shit happens and I gotta use the bathroom, they call me 4 times in less than 2 mins, and move on to next appointment just like that and I was their first appointment. It was meant to be a 15 min advance call. It was 21 min into the appointment window and the dude was coming from Richmond, TX to dang near I-10 and Beltway 8. 15 min my ass, they would have made me wait longer than their appointment window anyway. When I call back, they just get defensive. I WAS THE GUYS FIRST APPOINTMENT AND HE COULD NOT BE SHARP ON TIME, LAZY LOUSY f***S. You try to do any business and give people an hour long window of arrival. If I do that at my business, I will have no business left. On time and people's time value means nothing to these guys. read more

This company is a joke. I had an inspection done by Clay who came with the elevation tool and measured the inside. He told me all the elevations read properly and the house was level. No work was needed. That was good news because I have already had 15 piers fixed two years ago! Fast-forward six weeks. My buyers asked for Allied to come verify the foundation was good. Nelson showed up with a simple hand level. He tells me the inside is completely level. He then goes outside. He comes back in to tell me there is cracking in one of my adjustment joints and that requires 13 piers to be fixed!!! Seriously??? So I go out and look at the adjustment joint. The CAULKING is cracked BECAUSE IT'S 10 YEAR OLD CAULK!!!! The adjustment joint measures perfectly from top to bottom. So you're telling me that I should have 13 piers fixed because the caulking is cracked? Gimme a break!!!
