It became a short sale situation and I quickly realized I needed experienced help in navigating the steps to purchase it myself. I used the resources on Zillow to educate myself on the different types of Realtors and once I knew what I needed I started keeping an eye out as I checked the daily listings. I found Carrie Fairman and she was all the things I needed: a local female that was licensed in NC that had short sale experience. Carrie is an incredible example of what a Realtor should be. She's mannerly, punctual, positive, informed, quick thinking, and not afraid to ruffle feathers to do what's right. Carrie goes toe to toe on her buyers' behalf not because she has to, but because she WANTS to protect her client. She's fierce in her determination to get them a fair shake and at the end of the day you just can't ask for more than that!!
