Alright, so this review is about 3-4 months overdue so I apologize for not remembering any of the names of the lovely folks I worked with at Allison Limo. I needed to get about 18 ppl to and from a wedding in Tucson back in July, and not one of us were familiar with the area or remotely sober enough to operate a cell phone let alone a vehicle. The team could not have been more accommodating from start to finish. Their prices were competitive with what I deemed acceptable rates and they didn't try to take advantage of the fact that we were out of towners. The driver was punctual and very pleasant. One of our passengers even forgot his umbrella in the limo and the driver came and met us the next day to return it. Totally above and beyond the call of duty. I have used Allison's services twice now, once 3 years ago for a party bus down to the wineries with 25 of my friends and then again this past August for another group outing around Tucson. Both times did not disappoint, the driver was excellent and very accommodating, the first bus trip was fantastic and many memories were made.. it was a little tight for 25 people so when I called to make the next reservation Alyssa told me about a brand new 35 passenger party bus... it was fantastic and had a great sound system and once again excellent service! I had used them for my shuttle bus for our wedding. I have also used them many times for a party bus and other events. These people are extremely professional and always prompt answering their calls or calling you back. They are on time and whatever time limit you choose they will get to all your locations. When I booked with them not only did they make suggestions on the best vehicle for our group they texted me pictures so that I knew exactly what I was getting. The price is reasonable! I highly recommend using them for your driving needs. They don't have shuttles (vans) if that is what you are looking for but for big party's it's pretty much a no brained and will be going with Allison limousine! read more

My nephew was coming in from Texas on Christmas night. I found out about this on Christmas Eve and it was 9:30 at night and to my surprise Alyssa answered the phone. I was given a very fair rate and told I would get a confirmation letter to follow up. I was a little bit worried because he was taking the Greyhound bus and they were running late on Christmas night. I had to phone Alyssa several times on Christmas Day to update the situation. I shouldn't even have worried because she was tracking the bus the entire day. The driver arrived and was waiting for my nephew to get off the bus, and drove him all the way out to Catalina Arizona. Profesional, friendly, and outstanding customer service! I contracted with them for a dinner date with my three daughters and grand daughter. Our driver, Tony, was a perfect gentleman and my daughters, who weren't expecting a limo, were blown away! We had a marvelous time. The drive was as smooth as riding on a cloud. I loved that we were done eating, a hour earlier but no sooner than we pushed the glass doors open (of the restaurant), Tony saw us and brought the car around. I had thought we might have to call him. I must mention Alyssa who, very patiently and professionally, helped me set up the reservation. I just moved to Tucson and was looking for a limousine service for a night on the town. After going to the "other" limo companies in town. Not a lot to choose from in Tucson. I spoke with the office staff at Allison. They told me about their limo's and the services they provide, and invited me to the shop to see them. In comparing the other companies in this matter it's not even close! When I arrived at their office, all of their limousines where inside a garage and the owner was cleaning the limos himself! Very impressed in how much pride they take in their limousines. On the day of my reservation my driver called to confirm the run and asked what we were doing and plans for the night. The limo arrived 15 minutes early, and WOW!! I ordered their monster bus and to say it's incredible is a understatement! Our driver Tony went over the rules of the bus and we were on our way. We went bar hopping and Tony knew where everything was and explained where he would be parked at each stop. It was a smooth ride and it was a roiling night club on wheels!!As well they cleaned the bus as the night went along, so it looked as great at the beginning as it did at the end!! I can now see why their aren't a lot of limousine services in Tucson! I can't recommend enough Allison Limousine Service. From the service, the prices, limousines and staff. Wonderful experience! Booked them for a bachelerette party and cannot come up with a complaint! The limo driver (Randy) was very professional and attentive. He was there within 3 mintutes everytime we were ready to go sonewhere new. The limo itself was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The LED lights inside were amazing and festive!
