Later on, he came out to measure multiple times--before and after the floors were down--to make sure everything was perfect. He matched the wood to our floor in to help create a seamless look. He was super careful when he installed them not to damage any of the new construction. Everything came out perfectly. The glass railings look beautiful and well worth the investment. Discovered Sanford last year at the last minute, as previous Google searches of metal processors…read morearound the area didn't yield this firm until it suddenly showed up by chance. And since a few other metal processors had turned down my job orders, I decided to try this one. So good, so efficient, there's no turning back. They require customers to submit a detailed quote (complete with special instructions and such) which is why I get to know my submitted parts better prior to the job. And once at location everything goes quite smoothly (they vetted me down to the smallest detail multiple times, but that's important). Overall lead time is slightly longer than expected due to their running on full schedule at most times, but I was able to pick up the parts by my deadline and overall the results are excellent without fault. The pricing is also appropriate (although I still have to pony up the upper $300s). My first and second job orders with Sanford were on flashlight parts reanodize (HA3). The first job back in 2018 resulted in no issues upon pickup. The second job in 2019 however resulted in a few minor issues, which were diagnosed in no time and subsequently resolved in just two days. This perhaps is how a company retains a customer for a long-term relationship, and I'll be more than happy to oblige in the long run. Despite the listed early closing hours Sanford does close late sometimes during weekdays due to increased workflow. So for those who need to do a late drop off (or pick up), call them up in advance for special arrangement. My other advice is, as a customer, it's necessary to know your parts and the intended treatment process in a decent manner. Do ask them questions and the staff should be able to address them in more detail.

But again this is no fault of Ben, Ben did an amazing job on my wheels I even had some curb rash damage and it seems like he went above and beyond to correct it because I can't feel the damage anymore on the wheel not sure if he uses some sort of filler before coating but man the wheels look AMAZING!!!
