From start to finish, this was an excellent job. We required a complete interior repaint on our 17 year old tract home. We had multiple colors and finishes - walls and ceilings needed lots of love. Paul, the estimator and general manager as well, arrived early for the estimate and gave us a thorough estimate. We had a bit of an issue with the paint crew - they happened to be new to AllPro. They were not neat at all their first day on the job and this was dealt with swiftly by Andy, the paint supervisor, and Paul as well. We were very appreciative of the fast response. The second paint team, Carlos and Ana, were awesome! Very punctual and neat, they cleaned up the mess left by the first crew and their painting is sheer perfection. They covered everything - floors, cabinets and furniture and cleaned everything daily when they were done so we could continue living in our home during the process. Sloppy work, never showed up at the times they said they would. Estimator said the rails we wanted painted would be sanded and primed. There was no sanding done. Worker ran out of material, asked me if I had a ladder he could use?? Came at 8pm at night to do touch ups. Again - I cannot say enough good things! Contractors do not do business professionally in LV like these people. My job was a large (tremendously large) lot wall with water damage and also needing overall paint. The company fixed stucco/paint late last year. Recently, a small section's stucco and paint kind of 'fell away,' which - I don't know why that happened. But Paul came right out, said no problem at all to fix - and also said that there were some things he noticed in the work that he wanted to improve on as well (purely cosmetic, things I didn't really notice or mention). I don't often find people to show pride in their work or integrity like this, so they are due props. read more

Needed an exterior job done quick to pass FHA standards. Called them and got a very reasonable quote. When they came to do the job I was initially upset that such a big job was done by one man. And this particular man did a fantastic job on the stucco, the eaves weren't as attended to. That being said, it caused my appraisal to fail. I called them back and voiced my heartbreak and concern. I talked to a man named Paul that said he would come out and have it fixed. I wasn't charged extra for it and they brought a different man to come out who was much more thorough. He brought paint samples and helped us pick the perfect colors for bedroom, home chapel, hallway and bathroom. Job was scheduled for 2 weeks later. The HOA was on my back to repair missing plaster and paint on an exterior wall. I thought it would be nearly impossible to march the paint color and unusual plaster texture. Paul, the estimator, came out and gave a favorable estimate which I accepted. On the day set for the work, Damian arrived on time and immediately got to work. Working alone, Damian was able to duplicate the plaster texture in his repair and exactly match the paint color from a piece of chipped off plaster. Highly recommend AllPro Painter's! From start to finish they will be there to assist with any questions, problems or fixes. I had my 40 year old stucco home repainted, two days after completion Paul, the General Manager came to checkout the work and found a few things he didn't like. He told me to look at everything and he would have someone there for touch ups...what Paul saw and whatever I found. Adrian arrived, what an amazing young man! Not only does he make everything right, he is very honest and kind. After touch ups were completed I found stucco that needed repair I missed. I contacted Paul and he had Adrian back out to fix it. Not only did Adrian fix it, he made the stucco look brand new! I will update with photos when I have them. House looks amazing! I received 3 estimates for the painting of the exterior of our home and decided on All Pro. Paul Good was our estimator and just outstanding throughout the entire process. He answered every question throughly and assure my husband and I that the job would be done correctly. We were in constant contact the entire time. Although they were the most expensive of the estimates, we felt confident that not only our home would be painted perfectly, including ALL the trim but our patio overhang would be done correctly and under warranty. The other two companies either would not do or not warranty. Very pleased with our team of two and Sergio managing. Excellent prep work with attention to detail! The only complaint is that they left behind two huge bags of trash. One we got rid of on garbage day the other was picked up and disposed of. Just finished a couple very minor touch ups. Every time my grand mother has the painters over, they are leaving their trash and plastic everywhere. After moving our stuff around, they never put it back how it's supposed to be. They also don't mask properly before painting, so the paint gets everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this business. Very unorganized and unprofessional. They also never answer the phone when we call. Cameron is the hardest to get ahold of. The estimators and general manager Paul make promises that they never keep. My grand mother has made several complaints about the issues above; and it has never been corrected. The painters still leave everything around. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My first impression with this company wasn't the best. I had set an appointment up with Maria to come price out the job, she was late by 30 min. No call, no text, and not even an apology as to her tardiness. Myself being in the military being on time is everything. I would look else where for painters unless you want paint all over everything besides the walls. I've tried to call the general manager about resolving the issue and I have yet to hear back. The painter that painted my house not only threw a tantrum in front of me but also did a horrible job painting.. Literally you would be better painting on your own than hiring this company. There is paint all over everything which I was told "it will come right off". Guess what, it didn't. Paint on carpets, light switches, fans, handrails fixtures (where painted over when they shouldn't have been). The painter used my personal bathroom that I had closed off and left paint all over the bathtub floor and toilet, omg the list goes on! Seriously DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! read more

I would not recommend this company. They are priced reasonably well, but they did not do a good job. I have paint on my ceiling and it looks like they only did one thin coat because I can still see the previous color peering through in several places throughout the house. I think the worst part about this company is that they painted my entire downstairs lavender by accident and I still had to pay full price for the lavender paint job and the taupe color I originally wanted to cover it up. They also don't remove blinds and light switch covers, they just paint right up next to it, so you can see little spots of the old color underneath. Basically, they just don't do a thorough job and they rush. At least that is what happened at my house. read more

I had a flood in my home; the walls were taken out and repaired. I had no idea who to call to repaint the walls. I heard about AllPro Painter's on the radio; I called and arranged for an estimate. A very nice man name Paul provided me with an estimate; because of his presentation and professionalism I decided to not look elsewhere. I scheduled the job for Friday, October 4th. Paul brought Miguel Martin and Gilbert to paint the living room, kitchen, family room, hall and two bedrooms and one bathroom in my house. I chose three beautiful colors of Sherman Williams paint. I'm so happy with the work AllPro Painters did that I just had to let everyone know what an awesome job they did and it only took a day and a half; they started on Friday and finished Saturday at noon......and they were very neat and cleaned up all the orange tape and painting supplies.......thank you AllPro Painter's. read more
