WELL the online scheduling tool does not state what time slots are for what appts. PLUS it's very unprofessional to call a patient 5 mins before the appt time to cancel. I asked if there was anything open later in the day as I really needed to be seen I was told no but clearly there is I wk in a clinic so I know that appts can be combined to make a longer appt. I wouldn't go back here if it was raining bricks and I needed just one to complete a house!
