Allstate recently replaced my 40 year old chain link fence with new vinyl plank fence. They came in the timeframe promised and did a beautiful job in two working days. The quote included removal and disposal of all the old fencing and even took a small section that my neighbor removed from his yard. Nivaldo and his two workers were very mindful and left the yard a walkways cleaner than when they started. The cost was right in line with what I expected. I first contacted Allstate Fencing on Thursday, 7/24/25 through the Yelp "get a quote" button. An Allstate employee arrived to do an estimate on Friday, 8/1/25. After he left, I texted him my name, address and email address. Afterwards, Allstate disappeared. The texts which I sent on Mon., 8/3 and Wed., 8/5 looking for the promised quote have gone unanswered (today is Friday, 8/8). Allstate may or may not do good quality fencing work, but in my case at least their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I just bought my first home and reached out to a few fence contractors for quotes. Nivaldo not only provided a reasonable quote he also offered options and ideas. Part of my fence came down from nothing other than wind... I called the following day and was told Nivaldo would be out later in the week to fix it. I didn't think much of it when I didn't hear from him later that week since he was very delayed and terrible at communicating when he originally put the fence up. But I never heard back from him! I spent over 7,000k on my fence and he can't even return my calls or come fix his work that failed. Not expecting anything for free BUT AT LEAST you could do it come back to fix the fence you put up! First you call Allstate and only get a voicemail asking you to leave a message. About an hour later Nivaldo called and set up a time to come see prospective job. He showed up and walked us through the different fencing options. We had other contractors check job too. Allstate's price was reasonable and we felt they were deserving of the job. We gave Allstate a deposit on a Wednesday and agreed to have job started on the following monday. We tried calling Saturday and Sunday to confirm job but never got a response. Of course this had us worried we had been scammed and robbed. On Monday Allstate showed up and Nivaldo explained his phone had broken over the weekend and this is why we could not contact him. OK there here now and job started and we felt much better about Allstate. In two days the job was complete with no problems. Old fenced removed and new fence installed. We even expanded the job by adding another door and a piece of PVC fence to replace wood fence that trash cans sat behind. Job came out beautiful to us and my neighboors. One neighboor even had Allstate do some touch up work on their exisiting fence because they saw the work done at our house. Now the bad: A few weeks later I attempted to start using my lawn sprinkler and found the one sprinkler head that the water line runs under the fence was not working. I have been calling Allstate for weeks, leaving message, to no avail. I guess Nivaldo's phone has broken again. In all I would give them 5 star rating for the actual work but I would not reccomend anyone take a chance. You work hard for your money and dont need to be scammed or robbed or not have work which is supposed to be guaranteed not guaranteed.
