I filed a fraudulent claim with the bank and they declined my claim and refused to reimburse my money. I know that I did not make the purchase, the information the merchant provided was all fake. The bank approved the charge even though my card information was typed in online and they didn't have the CVV code to verify my card. The bank did not alert me to any fraud activity despite the same merchant attempting to charge my account twice in a row once for $1600 and the second time for $496. They refuse to give me my money bank or allow me to speak with the fraud department.
