Now she's waiting for her refund and she has to wait 2 weeks for there mistakes she should had never been approved but they did and now she has to wait for ever for her refund i will not remove this until she gets her refund back . she shouldn't have to wait for billing to take there time for a problem she didn't create. And nobody can give her definitive time or date for her refund to be applied to her card. For the agent and billing management to say she has to wait is easy for them because there not the ones going through the problem but for the customer its a head ache NOT FAIR..... Dennis agent wrote a policy and approved her knowing she was not qualified so he can just collect his commission ..So Be careful guys!!!
