This agency had my billing so screwed up I was receiving "collection notices" with me calling them to make sure I still had coverage...oh don't fear though, I got constant messages from Shelly's agency letting me know over and over again "we're working on it, no worries" I received 68 letters from state farm in the 5 months i was with them, it was ridiculous. This agency screwed up so many times and just to try and keep me hanging on they sent me a gift card to a restaurant?? That's great and all, however... THE ONLY THING I wanted was for Shelly's agency to do their job and not make me have to worry for 5 months straight "am I really covered?". I'm done paying for Steve's Corvettes and multiple extravagant vacations and sons Rubicons. We got two of our vehicles insured for the price of ONE!!! Double the coverage with half the deductible before they tried to double our cost. So..check around..because like a good neighbor your paying for his corvettes.
