This agency had my billing so screwed up I was receiving "collection notices" with me calling them to make sure I still had coverage...oh don't fear though, I got constant messages from Shelly's agency letting me know over and over again "we're working on it, no worries" I received 68 letters from state farm in the 5 months i was with them, it was ridiculous. This agency screwed up so many times and just to try and keep me hanging on they sent me a gift card to a restaurant?? That's great and all, however... THE ONLY THING I wanted was for Shelly's agency to do their job and not make me have to worry for 5 months straight "am I really covered?".
