Mark Wallace does not even care to reach out to his customers to correct there acct . or even take complaints about his Agents that gave out wrong information to caused me to be almost without a policy's to time out .. far as Agents that you call in talk to. they say they will call you back don't call leave or leave a voicemail they send a email with half details information . I ask then to move my Date out on my billing they say it's done to come to found out it was never updated . Then I m back on the call frustrated trying to found out why the information was not updated . Then to come found out the Agent that told me that information no longer works there then I call in no knows why I'm confused on why no changes were made ask to speak to Mark again no call response horrible experience EVER !!! this will b the number I will call to complete the non stop headache they never fixed I will Call corporate headquarters....People Don't let him get away with being rude /uneducated /non professional Corporate 1-877-. 810-2920 call and file a complaints
