The office manager was rude and not very helpful. The other agent that was female (name unknown) did not know how to do her job and was very confused as to what I wanted. She also told me to do all of the foot work in getting my insurance switched from out of state. Obviously I am not a State Farm agent so I was very unsure how to go about doing this for myself. That agent never followed up with me. I had to cancel my insurance then reinstate it with them. This was all very inconvenient and time consuming. How ever the younger male agent was very kind and very knowledgeable about what he is doing. So thank you for that. On another note Marshal Scott was told we needed to talk to him and 10 min after being told that he went to lunch. Still waiting to talk to him to let him know how his office is being run.

He is not just trying to get your money, he's there trying to make sure you're taking care of when times get tough. This particular sad story happened to us in 2024 with a house leak. We've had friends who were unable to get the coverage they needed who were in similar situations, but Jeremy made sure that we were taken care of! Granted everything takes a while when dealing with insurance, but he made sure to be there through the entire process for us! I am, because it's their fault. I have had to call Farmers Insurance customer service and I've literally had to spend hours to get the three refunds that I was owed for three property insurances that I had with them.
