I found out by going to the State Farm app to download new insurance cards and there were no cars on my policy. My former agent basically ghosted me and the bank my cars were financed through. This went on for over 2 months. Could never explain why my insurance was cancelled. Sent me insurance cards from March to September and told me I had insurance. I did not. Finally contacted Zach and had insurance on my cars within an hour. He did more for me in that hour than my former agent did in over two months. He advised me the policy on the cards my former agent sent me were no good. That policy had been cancelled. So basically my family was driving around for 2 months without insurance. I am so grateful to Zach for helping me out and putting insurance on my cars. I immediately switched my car and homeowners insurance to Zach.
