Today I brought in my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid (it has only 12,000 miles in it) for a regular oil change and tire rotation. About an hour in, they called us saying the car needs $500 work, which includes alignment, break fluid flush and differential fluid change. At the heat of the moment, we agreed but it didn't feel right. When I went to pick up the car, I raised my concerns. Apparently in 10/2024 during my annual inspection, this AAA already asked me to do break fluid flush, which I agreed that time. How is it possible for my RAV4 of 12,000 miles on it needs another break fluid flush within 9 months?!!! After I asked sternly, the front desk talked to the back manager and refunded me the break fluid flush cost of $123. I didn't have enough energy to ask about the differential fluid change, which I'm pretty sure is not necessary for 12,000 miles. The back manager/mechanic never came out to explain or apologize. The whole thing today feels like a scam. As loyal AAA members, we are highly disappointed and grossed out. I think I will reconsider if we are going to use this location for anything again.

Hosea was from the South Philly office and was helping the K of P office out, so I was very fortunate. He was extremely nice and explained each step of what he was going to do. Answered all questions I had during the process. He was efficient and thorough. Thank you AAA for such awesome service. I totally recommend getting this roadside service.

They will treat you better than a H&R Block would.. You will not spend an arm and a leg for service as you would with H&R or any other chain locations. When i say family, they are a family group, mother and son both are very knowledgable, both will make sure you are on a right path. I have dealt with them in previous yrs, before they opened this firm and I plan on continuing my financial endeavors with them. They will help if you just purchased a house, just married, just about anything if you are not a numbers person. I wish that "All State" didn't brand this phrase "You're in good hands" because in acutallity they make sure you leave with a sigh of relief and knowing you are going to be fine. After providing her with the exact same information as I had given the other companies, she said she could not provide a quote. Apparently Miller's does not have access to a wide variety of products since I later called another agency and again had no problem getting a quote using the same details. Maybe Kate didn't want my business or didn't want to be bothered on a Friday afternoon. But I found that other local agencies were much more helpful and had no problem finding suitable products for me.

Called two weeks ago to have them run quotes for my car and home to see if a bundle was an option. Spoke with Nancy who got all my info and called me back to confirm a few things. Never heard back with a quote. Called today and she was like I don't even remember speaking to you. (That's good to say to your customer)!! Never did the quotes and then kept asking if I wanted her to run numbers. I was like YES! She said "well I'm just telling you everything is 6 months now, so not sure how much help this will be". I said forget it. You can tell she did NOT want to do her job and run quotes. Had the same thing happen in January with Andrew. I had to call repeatedly to switch my car. I was also told by him that my carrier provided Gap coverage, found out today that was a lie! Do not go here! They are lazy and do not want to work. We will be switching to another agency. Their loss!
