When I finally speak to someone in the national call center, they route me back into the phone tree in an endless loop. When I asked someone from the national call center to conference me in, even they couldn't contact Nick Karras's office. This is very troubling when you consider that this is an insurance agency who is expected to deal with emergencies in the event of a disaster. As a client, this concerns me.
