I have moved a bit and transferred, but this was the first time in about 10 years that I actually spoke to my agent. I called the main number a few weeks ago and got the complete run around before they finally told me that Florida insurance needed to be done with a local person. I called this office to get everything transferred from Tallahassee. It was about 5 minutes until they were closing and I spoke with Dan Cox who was so understanding and incredibly nice - also very personable. I was really stressed out and he made everything very simple. I needed to transfer my auto to Jax and add renters insurance as I was moving in the next day. It was chaos and he made it very simple and it was well-priced. I spoke to Shannon Olson a few days later. She was also really nice and personable. It was nice to actually talk to the people in my local office and I'm very happy I went with them. I would recommend this office if you want to talk to humans and get things resolved instead of hearing automated voices and getting mad.

WRONG I could not believe they went up 80.00 more and could only say because of my credit. I have only ever had one speeding ticket back in 2010-2011 paid it took defense driving course for Florida and Delaware at that time. No DUIsAnd very cautious as my line of work deals with children. I don't see what my credit has to do with me driving or my policy. Just another way for these agents to get a bigger wallet. At age 63 and learning still that loyalty and longevity of a customer and never having an accident or claim should speak something...But I will never recommend to any of my business relationships or personal.
