After years doing business with Palmetto Bay Insurance Group, trying to avoid going direct with the big ones to have a better customer service I can tell it is not worth it. They allowed my daughter's insurance to be automatically renewed with my credit card as a form of payment (a third party's credit card) without even a call or email to me informing that the insurance was more expensive or ask if I would like to quote a different one or would keep using my card for her insurance. She got insurance for less than half of the price direct with Geico.

Also when you call the…read moreagent is always on the phone unless you are lucky so you might get to communicate with your Agent 1 out of 10 times. If you tell the person who answer to have the Agent call you they won't call you back, instead they will e-mail you not call you. They have also made mistakes and not follow-up on stuff so because of that mistake my Mortgage is going to go up 1,000. This was because of a cancelation that was made months ago and I have been trying to call but only can communicate via e-mail. Very frustrating and starting to scare me if there are any issues. The good is that they are close to my House though there is no where to park.
