Was told in May I need to level my front steps by my agent. I now have received a call every month and today was told my insurance would be canceled if the steps were not fixed. I was also told by my agent she has told me this for 6-8 months. The first i was advised of this was in May 2017. I have been with Allstate for over 10 yrs and have had no claims on my auto or homeowners policy. I pay on time and have not had any issues. I guess this is how Allstate and it's agents treat loyal customers. I am now shopping for new insurance. I would not recommend this agent or this company. read more

I've been in Allstate customer for over 20 years for both home and auto insurance. After buying a…read morenew house we experienced plumbing issues with the upstairs and had to file a water damage claim. To make things go faster I went through someone that was pre-authorized to do the work. What they don't tell you is that they sub out to other companies so some random people did the work. It was subpar to say best. Then last year we had a similar issue with the downstairs plumbing. That time I did not go through who they wanted me to go through to do the repairs. They fought with me the entire time over the estimates. Then when it was time to renew my homeowners insurance they would not renew it because I had claims and failed to notify me beforehand. Then when it was time to renew my auto insurance they had doubled my premium. This is no reflection on Kevin because I think he is an amazing agent but this is towards Allstate in general.
