Finally I looked into car insurance with another company, and got exactly the same insurance for $250 per month less. Business insurance lower with another company by $32 per month. These were auto-deduct policies and when you get ready to cancel, you find out they bill you after the fact - your current payment pays for the prior month, so you still owe another month after you cancel. I never complain, so this is a first. You have to watch out for yourself. There are no deals for being a long-time customer.

But all in all the firm is a class act. I always have had honest assessments and dealings with them. I try to shop for the best price but find sometimes if it's close I use Chris since he is always looking out for me when it comes time to submit a claim. I highly recommend them and if the shoe fits, (ie the price and coverage is right for you), wear it.
