I had my luggage stolen while moving from Alabama to California. I called Melissa and explained…read morethe situation and she sent an email I had a 1000 deductible. I think I'm good. I call the adjuster and they tell me I'm not covered because I only had a renters policy on the house. I've owned the home since 2006 and have had my taxes/insurance impounded. I moved back in July 2018 and called State Farm asking if I was covered and was explained that I was. They never changed my policy!! I didn't receive any updates and still don't have any clothes and call the office asking what they're going to do about it. Kelly calls claims and claims calls me saying we just talked about this and the office needed to rectify my policy. I told him i knew that and apologized. I have requested for Jeremy to call me several times for he informed the adjuster the discussion never happened, however I'm curious how he would know this being he hasn't asked me?! He refuses to contact me and I'm still stuck without clothing or having my insurance policy fixed. This is simply rude, disrespectful and I'll be contacting his district manager. Simple customer service goes a long way, arrogance and simply disregarding me is poor. I've had my policy with the office for 13 years and deserved a simple call to rectify this situation. Nothing is being taken care of and I'll contact his district manager. Don't go here! There's better choices!

We paid our policy in cash for the year, and they…read moretook our money and deposited it in theirs, then paid the 3rd party-underwriters on payments and we're late on three payments! Reflecting poor on us!! They have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in ANY business. It's like pulling teeth to get an actual meeting with them. One week before our policy expires they have a trainee contact us with extremely out-dated info. Do NOT use them!!
