My insurance paid over 90% of my car loan off and the portion left was to be paid by my Gap insurance. Since the car was a total loss i was under the impression that my insurance would cover the damages. To my surprise since a small balance was left AFCU took it upon themselves to report my account as delinquent which effected my score 50 points. The response from Jordan Sereal from AFCU was UNREAL and very UNPROFESSIONAL. She stated that i could dispute it with the credit bureau and get it removed. IT never should have been reported in the first place since my case was still ongoing! I reached out the President Rodney Showmar and explained my side of the story and he has yet to respond! This business gets a F in my book for Customer Service. This isn't over AFCU

No one would help me dispute the charges and I got told there was nothing they can do. I will not bank with them anymore they don't help their people they are greedy just like every other corporation. So they can just let that -$300 sit in that account because I will not be using them anymore.
