Until this year when tornado hit our street. I live in a duplex. So I share the same exact roof with my neighbor. It's the same roof and has to be replaced all at once. Same sq ft of roof is on his side as mine. His insurance came and checked and told them it will cover for thirteen thousand dollars. But allstate told me the roof is perfect and they cover zero!!! The roof has hurricane damage. But the adjuster kept saying he cannot see "hail damage" and I kept saying of course not. It was a hurricane. Not a hail. Anyway, I realized this agent will not do anything for his clients. Every single home on my street got their insurances cover. The only insurance that refused to cover was mine. Allstate.
