First they gave a really low rate then there was several back and forth conversations on the phone over 3 days with them asking for information in dribs and drabs instead of getting everything they needed from me up front on the first day. After the 3 days I received an email late in the afternoon that I'm not eligible for their program. They didn't even have the decency to call me and talk to me about it. Oh and by the way I never spoke with Joe Booker once. I don't even know if he works in that office.
