He completely restored my confidence. Caesar was so responsive, I was taken aback. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Not only was he quick with his response to my calls, he was quite thorough and complete with product options and recommendations that were extremely helpful to me in making a buying decision. He was also very thoughtful and selective in delivering the best plans for my situation and consideration. He and Johanna are efficient, friendly, patient, courteous, and respectful.     I would be very cautious about relying on AAA Travel's rental car pricing and insurance guidance…read morefor international travel (Italy). AAA provided a confirmation showing an estimated rental cost of €506.20 for my Italy car rental. The actual amount charged was €1,328.15. Even excluding fuel charges I incurred during my trip, the final cost was more than double the quoted amount. There were three major issues. First, I was told that I would be able to remove the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at the rental location and rely on my credit card's insurance coverage. However, the rental location refused to remove the CDW, leaving me little choice but to purchase Super Cover at a cost significantly higher than the estimate I had been given. Second, I was charged additional fees that were neither included in AAA's confirmation nor disclosed during the booking process, including VAT, vehicle-related fees, and airport service fees. These charges substantially increased the final cost of the rental. Third, I was misinformed at the rental counter regarding the PlatePass toll program and later incurred an unexpected charge. To AAA's credit, they reimbursed the VAT and contacted Hertz, their rental partner, regarding the insurance and other charges. However, they were unable to obtain any meaningful resolution. While I appreciate those efforts, I expected AAA to stand behind the information provided during the booking process. I relied on AAA's expertise to provide the true costs and requirements of an international rental. Unfortunately, the information I received proved inaccurate and incomplete, resulting in hundreds of euros in unexpected charges.

A few days ago my car overheated and my vehicle stalled while driving. I contacted road side assistance which was unable to locate a tow truck. After an hour I called back and they gave me the run around and told me that they don't usually know when the tow truck company declines or accepts the tow, they just move on to the next call. I then received a text message 30 mins later saying that my tow would be there in a whole hour. I cancelled and sought help elsewhere. I asked for refund! I called State Farm to complain about this matter and asked to be called back by Marty Oneill or assistant. After two days I received no call back so I called and spoke to Marty and told him I wanted to change agents and his attitude was very cavalier so I asked, "is there a reason why I didn't receive a call back?" and his response was, "What do you want me to say to you? I'll send you the 1-800 number so you can locate another agent." After 4 years, it was time for a new agent. Stay away! There's no need to spend money for this level of unprofessionalism. I know at least two people who have had the same complaint about Marty and his office. Goodluck

They cancelled my policy without informing me - and while I was on auto pay!…read more I was stopped by a policewoman saying my license was suspended even though by that point I had switched to Geico. It was a horror show. I now have a court date next January and paid fines because of their negligence/stupidity or illegal activity. I could go on as it didn't stop there. It was beyond stressful.
