This is the most important part to me, they go above and beyond for me and for those I care about. I moved my mother to Florence a few years ago to help her through some elder-care issues. I've been covered by Betsy for over 10 years now, and I was adamant that we move Mama's coverage to her, too. We did, and the level of care Betsy and her staff show is something I very seldom experience in the modern, all-online impersonal era we're in now. Betsy notified me just today that Mama had "paid" something I took care of a few weeks ago. She's going to mail the check back to me. Betsy provides a gentle reminder of what's needed and when as we go through the changes and challenges presented as Mama moves into the next stage of her life. It's huge to know that you have someone looking over your shoulder while you're looking over the shoulder of someone you love. I just can't speak highly enough of Betsy, Taylor, and everyone in that office.

They proceeded to give me any eviction notice which I took them to court & WON, but they gave excuses to why they want me out of the house and gave me another eviction. They are rude and unprofessional. Janice the front desk lady was extremely rude. She hung up on me ran around questions and she also told me she didn't have to tell me anything after the courts told me I had to talk to them. No one knew anything when I called to ask no one notified me about the legal measures they took. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This was my first time renting and they gave me worst experience ever.
