Was given no help on where to take my Car for repair. I was forced to make a claim out on my insurance after making the claim I was told my rates were not gonna go up. They jumped up about $100 Received another call in the future from State Farm saying they were raising my rate due to the California fires which I live in the state of Ohio this should not effect me. Again my payments jumped up another $20. After having them for three years, my rates kept on going up nothing would ever go down an accident that I had just been removed from my driving record and State Farm could not give me any money number to what my new rates would look like once the accident came off they kept on prolonging and prolonging every time I would give a call or email. To ask what my new rates would look like, they said they would get it in next week called the following week still so that wasn't in yet this went on for almost a month and a half. I finally switched over to different insurance carrier no remorse when switching they just said okay we will remove your policy there was no fight to try to even keep my business. They know they're stealing thousands from people and they don't care. They just want your money they don't care about you or what you need help with they just want your money.

Informed we thought there was coverage, she did not want to file the claim so I had to demand she file the claim. I have experience in the claims profession so I am very familiar with coverage. The claims adjuster that was sent out was also very inexperienced. The claim was ultimately paid after being handled by the claim manager at the company. Beware, make sure you do your home work or they may be an attempt to turn you away as well, remember we had to demand that Becky file the claim. No way to be treated after 25 years as a customer. Very disappointed, Agency never really apologized even though we were given wrong claims information at the Dobina Agency by Becky. Sad!
