This agency (Josh Fuselier State Farm) made a serious mistake with my auto coverage. I specifically…read morerequested that they cancel coverage on my old 2009 Lexus, but they mistakenly dropped coverage on both my old and new car. Instead of admitting the error and correcting it, they've been trying to charge me over $1,800 for the seven months I was unknowingly uninsured. During this time I never received a bill via email, mail, or phone. Nothing. I attached a screenshot where they confirmed canceling my old Lexus policy, but nothing about my new car, which was supposed to remain covered. When I reached out directly to Josh Fuselier, he wasn't able to help. I eventually went to a local State Farm office here in Austin (Casey Clark's office), and they confirmed this situation was not handled properly. They are working to correct the issue, but it has now been nearly two months since I first raised this. I don't leave reviews lightly, but the way this was handled has been unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, and quick resolution when mistakes are made, rather than gas lighting them.
