This agency is Southern Insurance, but they were bought out by this Patriot Growth Insurance. I will be switching my homeowners policy to another agency. I replied asking why and I even attached the home inspection done a few months prior which clearly said the roof was in great shape. I got no reply. The following week I got a letter saying coverage is going to be canceled in two weeks. I was shocked and called and left messages never hearing anything back. I don't know what to say. Never been treated like that before by a company. Got insurance with another provider just fine. They said the roof was fine but some companies try to gauge you for things.
