Incredibly bad customer service. He Samuel is not fit to assist when customer needs help he will only be available to pester you until you get a policy. I called in and Erica just kept transferring me. C.S kept disconnecting the call, because no one understood how to help me. Had to call back to speak to my "agent" Samuel, who is condescending and rude. a 1min phone conversation he made me even more upset than I was instead of offering help. And his solution was to tell me " I will cancel your policy" Erica is just there transferring calls. Stay away from this branch.Allstate is a good company but this branch is not the best. read more

Terrible people skills, terrible handling of a fire displaced person whose address was being falsely used by one of his clients. Very little concern or empathy demonstrated or any desire to assist with a probelm, as needed by an functional agent during insurance claims. There are better. read more

And its funny how when we signed up, you totally "forgot" to mention the "standard practice to back-date policies". How convenient, when we first signed up, you guys where like "oh add this, add that, this plan covers this and covers that", but not once was the back-date policy ever mention. Please don't go here, they just try to scam you and take all your money away. My girlfriend had bought a car and was looking for her own insurance, she got a lot of quotes but everything was too expensive, about a month later, I had referred her to all state,because I had that insurance, so we went and met Maria, she was lovely. She quoted my girlfriend and she still thought the price was to high, so Maria suggested I added her to my insurance and go halfs on it. She quoted us a low payment and we got insurance that day. A month later, our insurance price doubled.!! I called to see what was going on. And I had spoken to Samuel, at first he said that it was a mistake and they will refund me the money. And I never got a refund. I decided to email him, letting him know I never got my money back. And he just said the insurance billed me in advance and I don't have to pay next month. Which is dumb because why would they all of a sudden bill a month I advance . So I decided to visit the office to see what was going on. I had met Samuel and he said they the reason they charged me extra was because my girlfriend had the car for about 3-4weeks with no insurance so they charged me for that and the current month. Which makes no sense because why are we gonna pay for the month we didn't have insurance on the car. He just said because they go based on the date the car was purchased. Which made no sense because I got my car two years ago. So that means I owe them two years of insurance.?? Right.?? At the end they never gave me my money back. Definitely going to change insurance. Maybe go across the street to State Farm. Horrible service from all state.!!! Beware everyone, these people are just money hungry. Also this guy sends me a gift card for $25 for the inconvenience, seriously.??? After they just charged me $600, they give me $25 back. What a joke. read more

First off the people in the office are super nice. When my daughter got in an accident they really took care of us they put us through to the right people. When they totaled out my daughters car I was told it would take a couple of weeks to get my check by the claims guy. But Sam and his people were able to get my money really fast.
