All that changed on April 6,2020, when Nathan Paik of State Farm cold called me. I don't know what it was about that day but I was willing/ready to listen to him. One thing about Nathan Paik, he wanted to have a "real" conversation with me about how State Farm would be able to offer me a better policy & much better options in that policy than I was getting from my current Auto and Renters insurance. We scheduled a time to speak that was better for me to talk. He called me right on time for our call. I had plenty of questions and Nathan answered every one of them, in detail, until I fully understood what I was getting in the options. The call lasted about 2 hours, but felt like 30 minutes. I have had several insurance policies over my adult life yet this is the first time that I KNOW what my policy covers and how it affects me and my money. Over the term of my policy coverage, it will save me hundreds of dollars. This was something that Nathan made the focus of our discussion. He actually showed me with the numbers and options to prove this point. My old company NEVER did this, I had them for over 5 years. Whenever new questions have come up, Nathan or his co-agents are only a phone call or email away. Their response time is within the same day or 24 hours.(even on the weekends) If you are thinking of moving your policy or you are not satisficed with your current insurance company call Nathan Paik at State Farm. He will treat you like a real person and assist you in getting the best policy for your needs.

The claims adjuster was not helpful and fact falsely reported that the minor damage was major as as a result the carfax report affecting the resale value of the vehicle. I have a friend who uses Berger and ONeal for their insurance and Michael Berger and his staff looked at my policies and recommended new carriers that in total saved me at least $8000 in this first year. It was the best insurance move I have ever made.

I met with them in person and discussed policy information one on one. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. They wanted the same things that I wanted, to have good reliable coverage and to pay as little as possible for it. They provided me with an "insurace binder" that I took to the tag office to register my car the same day. When I got to the tag office they told me they could not accept the "insurance binder" without the VIN# on it. I was able to call up my agent, have them fax over an updated document, and register my car. If I hadn't used them I probably still wouldn't have insurance, and if I did, it probably wouldn't be a good deal. Plus, I probably wouldn't have been able to register my car yet. If you want good coverage, no hassle, good value, and human interaction, then call them.

Had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with two back-to-back water damage claims, one that I had to file under my homeowners insurance policy and another against the subcontractors policy. Fortunately, both policies were with State Farm and I had Zac on my side. Not only did Zac provide clear guidance and followed up through the process but also he interceded in our behalf when the subcontractor was trying to elude responsibility. Do yourself a favor and call Zac for your insurance needs. He and his team will provide you with great prices, service and guidance whenever needed.
