My first time at Allure Nails was excellent. From the friendly greeting at the front desk to my professional nail technician, it was such a positive experience. I arrived with a request for an Ombre French Manicure on my natural nail. It was received and assigned. I did find out that it is called an ombre pink and white nail for future visits, which is so helpful to have better communication for my request. I did an SNS ombre pink and white with Lisa. She was quick but thorough since I didn't have a lot of time. We were finishing up in about 40 minutes. Exactly what I wanted and paid reasonably for value. Love the punch card offer- ensures I will return. read more

Since moving to Monroe about a year and a half ago, Allure Nail Bar has been my go to place to get my nails done! My favorite technician is no longer there, but I haven't had a bad experience with anyone! The salon is modern and relaxing with a wide variety of colors and brands of polishes in gel, dip, and lacquer. read more

This was my first time to Allure. I needed an eyebrow and lip wax. Kim was tech that did the wax. She was very thorough, and very nice. I especially appreciated how she went back with tweezers to make sure she got all of the hairs. And then she went one step further with a small microblade to get peach fuzz hairs. read more

SNS overlay and gel pedicure Not horrible but it was like a madhouse soo busy I don't like when salons do your nails and toes at the same time I couldn't really relax and get my pedicure with chair massage on bc i had someone doing my nails at the same time for the price I felt like they should take a little more time instead of rushing and doing as many as they can as fast as they can read more

This nail salon is dirty especially the pedicure chairs and tubs. They do not clean the tubs between clients. I watched as they used pedicure tubs without doing any cleaning between customers, including the one used on me. Before my pedicure was even completely done the tech covered it in a new plastic without cleaning or wiping anything. The tub looked dirty before I even had mine done. I should have walked out. The chair I sat in had nail dust on the arm rest area. The customer service is not good. I do not recommend. read more

I visited this establishment a couple of days ago with the hopes of receiving one of the excellent pedicures I've heard so much about. I was looking forward to receiving the 52 dollar deluxe pedicure. When I informed the nail tech I did not want gel polish he informed me that there was a 5 dollar charge to take it off, after he had already taken it off. If I had chose to get gel would there have not been a charge? I chose to not get the pedicure and just pay the price for having the gel removed. They charged me 12.36. I did not make a fuss and have decided never to return. Customer service was nonexistent. read more

Really nice place. I just didn't have the best experience. I got a plain short full set with a basic pedicure with gel polish. I wanted a snowflake design with French nails, the guy doing my nails did pretty good on the base, but once it got to the design, it wasn't looking right, I had just told him to take it off. He was understanding. The lady doing my pedicure was not communicating with me, just yanking my foot which I did not appreciate. Good spot, might go again read more

The worst nail salon I've ever been to! The nail techs are amateurs and very unsanitary. When I complained several times about my nails the response from the employees was "Sorry he doesn't understand English" really!?!? The older lady sitting next to me was getting a pedicure with some sores on her feet. Below I would upload the photo of how products were used to service her. A separate cup wasn't used for acetone she was dipping her brush in the entire bottle . I WILL NEVER RETURN read more

I made an appointment at the end of July. I arrived early, and there's a sign at the door asking customers to text a number when they arrive. They will text back when the tech is ready. I went back to my car for a few minutes until I received a text. The beauty bar is salon is pretty big and sectioned by different services. For example, the hair salon is on one side and has a different entrance. The brow bar's entrance is behind the building. The space is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Eden introduced herself and took me to her room. She went over the process before getting started. I don't have any tattoos, so I was terrified to say the least, but Eden was very patient. She helped calm my nerves and assure me that it will be virtually painless. And it was! She used a numbing cream and I barely felt anything. The process took a little over an over and I am SO happy with my brows! I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. I went back a couple months later for my touch up and asked Eden to add blending. She had originally suggested it at my first appointment, but I thought I just wanted microblading. She was right and I should have listened in the first place. I am so grateful for Eden for giving the brows I've always wanted! Splendid Beauty Bar is over an hour away from me and totally worth the drive.

Was given a gift certificate to Allure & was worried because of reviews i've seen, and I'm so happy I went for myself, I was so pleased with my service and with what I received on my nails. We went in at 6:45 & they closed at 7:30. My tech was not rushing, which other salons have done that in the past. He took his time & they turned out great!! I'm one to look at reviews, but I am thrilled that I went in! While I was getting mine finished up, there was a lady who wasn't happy with her nails from a few days ago, and management took care of her & was wanting to fix the mistake that was made. Now working in customer service previously, you hardly see that type of care. Definitely try this place out, I have found my new nail home!!! read more

I have only been disappointed with my nails once. I went in and showed them what I wanted vs. what I got, and they immediately seated me with a tech who fixed the problem at no charge (the green and gold nails for my class reunion). They always strive to provide the best service and will not hesitate to make sure you are happy with your results. Recently, Paul did my Christmas nails, and I am thrilled with them. He did exactly what I asked him to! Pedicures include a shoulder massage and they sometimes offer adult beverages (it is a nail BAR...). I have not indulged in the adult beverages, yet, but what a cool service. So glad they are open and right next door to my fave grocery store! read more

You will not find a better nail bar! The nail techs are top notch, very caring and professional! They even give you something to drink while you are getting your nails done, including wine if you want! Laat night 6 of us went to get our nails done for my daughter's wedding this weekend. I was hesitant because I am a senior with limited mobility. They were so friendly and accommodating they help me up in the chair and were so patient with me. I use Allure Nail Bar every 2 months when I'm visiting family in Monroe. I have been a satisfied customer since their opening 3 years ago. I am always satisfied with the service rendered. Today Nina soaked my acrylic nails off & gave me an overlay with French polish. Nina did a great job. Holly did my French pedicure she also did a great job.
