I will never go back to this nail salon. The technician was very kind but the nail polish was very blotchy and I told the owner I was not really happy with the color and instead of trying to fix the problem or offer me maybe a color change or even a sorry to hear this. He accused me of not letting the technician know about the color! I kindly told him I did tell the technician while she was painting and she applied 3 coats to help but it still didn't fix the blotchy color. He was so rude and hostile. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure during my lunch break. Michael did my nails and Vivian did my toes, and they were both amazing! They worked on me at the same time, which was perfect since I was on a tight schedule. I always get insecure about my feet, especially if I haven't gone in a while, but Vivian made me feel so safe and comfortable. She wasn't giving any bad vibes or saying anything that made me feel judged. She was gentle, kind, and made my feet look so pretty! Michael also did an incredible job on my nails. I didn't even pick out a color I just told him I wanted a natural light pink, and he knew exactly what to do. My nails came out perfect and exactly how I imagined. They alwaysssssssss deliver! This is my go to place. I fully refuse to go any else Honestly one of my favorite things about this salon is that they NEVER try to upcharge or pressure you with add-ons. They are all so friendly and professional from the moment you walk in. If anything is not perfect with your design, they re-do it to your liking, and they are up front with pricing when you ask about specific designs (whether for a couple nails or on all your fingers). Today I got a gel manicure with a simple design (& 1 acrylic for my broken nail ) and regular polish on my toes (with the royal pedicure Total was $100 w/o tip. I decided to take a chance on Allure Nails despite seeing mediocre reviews for this business because of the low prices. Needless to say I was greatly disappointed with my service, let's just say you get what you pay for. Upon requesting a pedicure, I was brought to the salon chair. The nail technician began laughing at my feet while beginning to file off gel polish. I was very uncomfortable with this unprofessional behavior and asked the woman if there was a problem, to which she replied that there was no problem and continued to intermittently smirk and laugh silently while finishing the service. While I understand this might be an isolated event, none of the workers or business owner seated nearby did anything to stop this behavior. I would recommend others to bring their business elsewhere! read more

HORRIBLE. I called and asked if Ivy was in today. The lady that answered said yes. I asked if she had an appointment available at 5:30pm. She said yes. I rushed to leave work to make it at 5:30pm. I called them while on my way and confirmed that I had the appointment with Ivy. The lady that answered confirmed. I arrived and the lady sitting there waiting said "Good luck with the wait. I've been waiting for an hour" It's 5:56pm (appt was for 5:30pm) and a man tells me to sit at the chair. I asked who was going to work on my feet and he pointed to some lady (not Ivy). I then said "I called to schedule specifically with Ivy and you said she was here (looking at the lady who answered) The man said Ivy is not here today, you can come back. RUDE. They lied to me and made me go all the way only to tell me Ivy was not working today. That's so rude. You don't lie or mess with peoples time. I walked out. read more

The nails were okay. It's a simple style French with the stones. I guess the price was ok $60 for gel and the "Deluxe Bundle" that includes supposedly a sea salt scrub , the Callus remover and a 5 minute massage. My foot soak water was ice cold & I did NOT receive the scrub and the lady that worked on me physically hurt me and clipped my skin a numerous amount of times to the point where I bled and not once did she try to apologize or even look at me or anything she just continued digging and digging.. to make it even worse I walked up to the front to wait for the lady that works at the desk and my nail lady is hovering over me while I count my cash and asks me if I have enough money. Takes my money and then walks away. I paid to be taken care of and instead i got hurt, this isn't the service that I wanted and that I should've not paid for & that no one deserves. I do not recommend coming here , you can find a different nail place that'll make you feel great and treat you right. read more

Second time coming here. The first time was great I loved my nails and prices was comparable to other nail salons. Today I felt like I was taken advantaged of. I went in with my daughter for a fill, gel polish and a design. We got charged $100 FOR A FILL with gel. When I asked how much was the fill, she said $45!!! My regular nail salon which is located in orange and waaay nicer charges $35 (w/gel). It was my mistake to think they would be honest and fair. I also didn't ask for the price beforehand. I still tipped them and paid but wanted to alert would be customers. No wonder they weren't busy on a Saturday! Also they don't take atm only cash. read more

When I first walked in and sat down to wait for my appointment time, there were bugs flying throughout the store and crawling behind me on the windows (NOT FROM THE OUTSIDE). I'm on time for my appointment and so are they therefore I give them that. But the lady then tells me it's going to be $95 for basic design and polish, when I wanted white dots. When she reduced the price to $75 it was still over the top for just polish and she cut my skin while doing it mid way. And don't even get me started on the fly or tiny bug that almost flew into my polished wet nail. When you look closely it's not as close as it could be to the bed of the nail so I will also have to go back in (somewhere else) sooner. read more

It was a tad weird that the nail lady kept asking me about my race. She asked if I was Filipino or Vietnamese....I said none of the above. Got a picture off their page for inspo on what my next set would be, I showed the gentleman the picture that WAS ON THIER page and turns out those are pictures from the internet, not their actual work. I asked if he could do it and he said " Yes". He had his daughter looking for similar colors / designs to make it look like the picture I showed him but they were really limited to supplies because he didn't have what I was really looking for. I was charged $65 for the set and the butterflies were all over the place (Zoom in) some were in place and others were backwards. I got this set done a Thursday and by Wednesday the following week my nails were coming off. I was extremely disappointed in this set and more so the false advertising and being lied to! Came here after work and surprisingly they weren't busy and were able to take me right away! I would usually get acrylics and full sets, however, I decided to try growing my nails out, shaping it coffin style, and get a gel coat instead since I was tired of acrylics denting my nail beds. This time around I was getting a fill. Anyways Kathy took care of my nails with a lot of care. I also like how she put multiple coats nail strengthener and clear polish to make my nail bed stronger. And then she also added some powder as an extra coat. I paid $35 with $5 tip. Little pricey but she did add some powder and stuff so I don't mind. My nails looked great and I'm so happy I came to Allure since it's a lot closer to my work. I'll definitely be coming here from now on. read more

Sent me a text to come in early but they showed up late (I was the first appointment in the morning) The guy who did my nails was extremely RUDE to me, was rushed the whole time and he would get annoyed when I would tell him what I wanted specifically. This was my first time getting my nails done again after covid and I just wish I had a better experience. I also wish I knew the mans name. He was "going through some problems at home" according to his coworkers, but it was no excuse to raise his voice at me. No excuse to tell me off and MAKE ME CRY! Even when he knew I was upset he would get close to my face and tell me he's not fixing my nails. His daughter was with him at the time and stood close to his side- therefore made me keep my cool.
