They said that to start we had to pay the sum of $1500 , since they were going to ask for the FOIA and revise the case after. We incredulously believed them, and we paid the amount asked. It has been a year and a half and we are still waiting for the FOIA. I have called multiple times, and I have either been placed on hold or I have been told that the FOIA has not arrived as of yet.
