Had issues with my irrigation due a leak that I couldn't identify for years, therefore we had to hand water the entire time. Reached out and Clint responded on the same day to do a sight inspection. Upon his first visit he was able to isolate the leak to the valve area. Contacted Aloha Ainascape on a Friday and job was scheduled and completed the following Saturday. Clinton and his crew was very professional and gave me a ton of education on irrigation and landscaping overall. They repaired both my leaks, changed all heads as well as adjusting the coverage of the spray. Clinton was very easy to work and I'd suggest using him for any irrigation or landscaping needs. On 06/19/22, I scheduled a consultation to have my sprinkler system looked at due to a possible leak. So I wait two weeks (even if I have a possible leak) all the way to July 5th and on the morning of my appointment, I get a message on Yelp to call their office. I call and the person I spoke to tells me that they're having some "issues with their scheduling". The person asked me to push my appointment back to 1:00 but I told them that I had to work at 2:00 and needed to be in town by 12:00. Response: "Uh ... ok. We'll see you at 11" So ... after making arrangements and pushing my schedule back that day to meet with the owner at 11:00, I get a call ... at 11:00 ... telling me that they're not going to make it to our appointment. I'm asked if I wanted to reschedule and I tell them that I was leaving on a trip soon to which they reply ... "Uh ... ok. We'll call you back" I message the owner on Yelp telling him that it would've been better if they had just straight up cancelled our appointment at 9:00 rather than having me believe that we were still meeting at 11:00. I also told him that I drove back from town ... to Mililani ... to meet with him at 11:00 even though I had to be back in town by 12:00. Response? "Sorry for the inconvenience we may have caused you. Call our office to reschedule" Nice. You honestly think I'd trust your company after that? read more

We've had Clinton and his crew doing our lawn bimonthly for over two years. I've also engaged them to do some minor additional landscaping tasks. They've exceeded my expectations and done a really good job for a very reasonable cost. Their crew has been consistent in showing up each time they've been scheduled (something other landscapers have had trouble accomplishing) and done an efficient and professional job. We had gotten a quote to cut five trees, but was told we had to prepay in advance. They showed up and wanted another $500 to cut additional trees, and we paid them a total of $1,000. They only cut 5 trees and left. We tried multiple times to get them back to finish the job. They have ignored our texts and our calls. On January 17, 2022, Clinton and his crew laid sod in my yard that has for years been barren. Grass would only grow in a couple areas. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Employees are hard working, have pride in the work they do and professional/friendly individuals. My side yard is beautiful. They brought in top soil and installed a sprinkler system.
