So not only did he NOT complete the job, he refused to repair some damage that occurred. The fence was floppy in some areas because he apparently does not like to put the stabilizing wire on his chain link fences. He also painted parts of the fence black rather than factory coating. I'm aware of this because my neighbor took pictures. This guy does not stand behind his word. After calling him several times over 3 months and giving him time to deliver he then no longer answers or returns my calls. I know this because I had 3 other people contact him inquiring of fencing and he accepted the call. Lesson learned, pay the extra money for a trusted BBB.
