After 3 hours of being locked out at arbnb our host Ricardo said there was nothing he could do to call a locksmith, first one was a bust he didn't show up and didn't even call back to advice why even though I told him I had children . We waited for over 40 minutes we called him back and didn,t even answer our call . we were so lucky to get Juan Gonzalez who got there quickly and was able to get us in late at night when we thought no one would come through.
