Its…read moreby far the biggest and most businessy of the several huts scattered around the Lünersee; two dining rooms (smoking & non), sleeping space for 138 in a mix of 3-4 bed private rooms and 12-bed dorms, and of course the adjoining Seilbahn so you only walk if you want to.
We stopped in for some warm drinks after a blustery hike up from the valley, then along the east side of the lake; the hot chocolate, peppermint tea, tea with rum, and Weizen beer were all good but not outstanding. The house-specialty apple strudel was warm, and the dough was reasonable; the apple was on the finely-chopped side.
