Highly recommend. Alpers Law Group has been helping me since I sustained my injury on the job in 2016. Richard is an excellent lawyer and has been always fighting for my benefits even though it has taken a long time and there have been what seems many hurdles. The injury caused a lot of frustration and setbacks in my life, but Richard has gone above and beyond with his service in following through. Thank you. I have referred a couple of big cases to Mr Alpers because he is the most reasonable attorney you will find. He does not charge for phone calls and all the minuscule tasks that others charge you for (even though they are certainly entitled to). You will be in good hands, don't look for anyone else. read more

Mr alpers stood toe to toe with the insurance company and made sure that I wasn't treated like claim number and instead of a human being. I suffered a horrific injury and needed the best representation to make sure I healed correctly and Mr alpers made sure I got the best! He always returns your phone calls in a timely manner and Mona is always fighting for you too. Mr alpers is a true propane I highly recommend him. read more

i strongly suggest you read the rules of professional conduct pretaining to attorneys. i lost my case and i didn't even know we were in court. he tried to call?. yet 2 months later he emailed me to sign my dwc settlement.we meet in a doorway, and i signed the settlement. still i'm unaware i lost, he didn't say a word. i had either one year or untill the settlement is signed to continue to resolve my claim. richard alpers single handedly distroyed my ability to seek justice. i put months of work preparing my claim, and this was a very strong discrimination claim against my foriegn born employer, who didn't know or care about the rules that govern employees. the owner wouldn't even help me, and these issues were just a few of them !. anyway don't do it. read more
