The only real complaint that I had was they charge $100 for a 15 minute consultation to let you know what the trust process is going to be like, and to let him know what you want in the trust. As I said, I had previously had a Will done by his office, so I figured since we were previous customers there might not be a fee for the initial consultation for the trust.
