A few month ago the wire that was placed behind my front teeth after my braces fell off began to come loose and finally it fell off. I called them right after it happened and left a message, a few days past and no one returned my call. I left three messages with no called returned. Over the holidays, I finally managed to get an appointment after a few months of trying and getting no answer, but by this point my front tooth had shifted quite a bit. I spoke to the dentist and they said it would take many weeks to get a wire. I moved away for university and work and was not able to stay within the time frame. Because of their neglect and disinterest in their clients my teeth will now need work to get them fixed. I would highly recommend visiting another much more professional dental clinic that treats their patients with respect and dignity. Another word on the dentist that I consulted with over the holidays. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful placed the blame on me. This problem would have been avoided had you called me back, but unfortunately you did not.

Plus récemment, j'ai dû subir une procédure pour un implant, réalisée par Dr Barbara Botorous. Elle a effectué l'intervention avec un doigté et une précision impressionnante. J'ai particulièrement apprécié sa grande sensibilité, son écoute attentive et sa façon rassurante d'expliquer chaque étape. Honnêtement, je n'ai absolument rien senti, que ce soit lors de la prise de sang, de l'extraction de la dent ou encore pendant la préparation de l'implant et la greffe. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made. The very kind and personable Dr Samer Abi Nader transformed my smile into one of my greatest assets. His remarkable expertise, combined with his ability to listen and truly understand his patients, always made me feel that I was in excellent hands. More recently, I had to undergo a procedure for a dental implant performed by Dr Barbara Botorous. She carried out the procedure with impressive precision and a very gentle touch. I especially appreciated her compassion, her attentive listening, and the reassuring way she explained every step of the process. Honestly, I did not feel a thing -- not during the blood draw, nor during the tooth extraction, nor during the preparation for the implant and the bone graft. She is a young doctor who is both kind and deeply human, and I am certain she has an outstanding future ahead in this field. I would also like to highlight the wonderful synergy of the entire team: Yvonne, Christine at reception, Marie, and all the other staff members. Everyone contributes to creating an atmosphere that is both highly professional and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend the services of this clinic. I saw Dr Katz for the first time in 98, for a route canal. As most people know these can be…read moredifficult, long, pricey and painful. In my case I have to say it was a wonderful surprise in that I only had 3 appointments (scheduled perfectly), I did not have any pain during or following the procedures, and his easy going manner were so comforting I could have slept through some of the process. On this last visit, I was sent to him again for a route canal, he got me in (thanks to an opening) the very next morning at 8h30. He began to work on the tooth, and discovered that the break was too far into the gum (down to the bone), he realized that it would not be the best choice to waste time and money on saving the tooth. Since I was already heavily frozen, he got on the phone and worked his magic so I could go straight to another Clinique (oral surgeon), to have the tooth removed. I cannot thank him enough for the caring and responsible way he took care of my emergency issue and to recommend his services to anyone in need. His services were referred by my regular dentist (see other review), Dr Dobby, so I am not sure is you need a referring dentists or not.

Emily was fantastic and worked to get me in as soon as she could. Another woman (whose name I can't recall) followed up and got me in even a day sooner to help alleviate my pain. Dr. Stotland performed a "Gentle Wave" root canal procedure. Throughout the procedure, other than a successful outcome, his main concern was my comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend him! I'm writing this less than 24 hours later and am pain-free. Unbelievable!

We have had our fair share of negative experiences with Dentists in Montreal but with Dr. Pizem, we've had excellent results! He insists that everything must be perfect. From root canals, basic fillings, and crowns. He is a very skilled Endodontist and uses state-of-the-art equipment. Between my hubby and I, he's performed about 4 or 5 root canals total, each one having great results in the end. No complications. No errors in the procedure. When it comes to crowns, if it is not perfect then he will do whatever necessary to fix it. This includes redoing the crown completely. Having said all this, Dr. Pizem charges more then the standard Dental Fee Guide of Quebec. A crown is about $1,070.00, as an example so it's best to have insurance to help. A cleaning is I believe +/- $150.00 (rough estimate here, I don't remember 100%). They see you on-time most of the time. Once in a while they run late, but this is happens everywhere. We will continue to see Dr. Pizem & staff for our general cleanings & dental work because we have confidence in the staff there to deliver safe and assuring treatment.
