These guys are the absolute worst - find another locksmith…read more I was trying to get a duplicate key for my father's safe and the local hardware store did not carry the blank - they recommended the Lock Hut. I sent them an email and it took a week or so to get a response (not a big deal as I wasnt in a real hurry). Someone form the company (Gerald) responded asking for a picture of both sides of the key so he could order the blank which was provided immediately. Several weeks and 3 follow-up emails and I finally got a response that the blanks were in and to call the office to arrange to have the keys cut. I called the office and the lady had no idea who i was or anything about the blanks - she promised to check with Gerald and get right back to me - that was 3 weeks ago. I also sent a follow-up email to Gerald who has never responded. I know a couple of keys is not significant business and certainly not a priority but i cant imagine trying to resolve an important and urgent issue with them if this is how they treat their customers.
