The installation itself was fantastic. Every step of the project was clearly communicated, timelines were respected, and when the crew said they would arrive at a certain time, they did. That level of reliability is rare these days. We also have to mention Samantha Lee in the office. Sam was amazing--always following up, keeping us informed, and making sure everything stayed on track. We are currently awaiting final approval from Southern California Edison, and as of today's update, everything appears to be in order.
