The unit was clean when we started, and remained so for the months we had to store. Because we were moving quickly and did not want to miss the check returning our unused time and deposit, they agreed to let us know when it was ready after we had surrendered our key. They did, and we are pleased. The security of the site is excellent, and really the only complaint is the mess of dead bugs in the halls from time to time due to their continually treatment to control them. Highly recommend these storage units. Management is on-site, so things are tended to as they need to be.

Then come back & say I never gave them notice. Kept deposit.. Went to drop off key day of unit expiring and they closed early. Then they use excuse since key wasn't there on time they will charge another full months rent instead of partial yet when I move in they are just fine with charging partial month.. If you need a moving truck to unload in this facility good luck. Very hard to maneuver a truck around. The only way is putting it in reverse and hoping you got someone with you to guide you back. Very annoying, Lots of other places to rent at if your looking for a storage unit.

Our house sold before we had a place to move into, and it was going to be several months, so we hired Kearney Moving to pack up our household items and help us move them to a storage locker. It totally baffles me that the company can't even find records of the job, as we paid them several thousand dollars to just pack and move us to a locker. I believe they were at our house for two days. So I'm sorry, I can't remove my comment. If you would like copies of the receipts, I may be able to get copies to you. If I could rate 1/2 star or less I would. These people were terrible. We hired them to help us pack and then transport our belongings to a storage locker since our house sold before we could move to the new one. They charged us an arm and a leg, and totally beat up our belongings. They threw power tools into a box without even wrapping them or trying to protect them. My stereo speaker looked like they had dragged it behind the truck. The top of our electric heater that looks like a wood stove was scratched terribly. A new shop lamp was crunched up. They said they would take care of our things but they definitely did not. And they didn't even have to carry our things any more than 10 miles.
