He responded 2 days later and we tried calling him 3 times in the last week to arrange a time to meet for a complete estimate. Again we no longer live in Airdrie and he was made FULLY aware of this in the email. We moved out November 1st and explained we wanted our condo market ready for December 1st. We left 3 voicemails and no response. I got an email from him tonight where he acknowledged our voicemails asking when we can meet for an estimate. Why didn't he CALL us back? We only emailed him originally to explain our time frame so he could tell us if he would even have time to complete the task by the 1st. Why ask us to call if you aren't going to answer your phone or call back. I would say look elsewhere. Use someone who can return calls and pays attention to detail and uses relevant photos on their website. This man can do neither.

Hiring SertaPro Painters was a huge mistake. They rushed the job from day one--my neighbors even…read moresaw them painting a second coat over a wet first coat just to finish faster. The interior of my one-car garage only got one coat, full of missed spots, and I still paid $1,000 for patchy, low-quality work. The exterior is even worse. Within a year the paint bubbled, likely because they didn't let it cure before it rained. Their "fix" was sanding and spot-painting, which left my aluminum siding with bare, textureless patches and obvious mismatched paint. After more rain, new bubbles appeared. They now blame "moisture behind the siding" and refuse to repaint properly--only offering more patch jobs. Their warranty is worthless, and their communication is terrible. I've had to chase them down every single time; they never call back first. Most recently, they came on Sept. 23rd and said I'd hear from them in a day or two. It's now Sept. 29th, and nothing. The end result: a patchy, mismatched house, endless follow-ups, and no accountability. I'm now speaking with other painting companys and pursuing legal action to recover my money. Do not hire SertaPro Painters. The warranty is a joke, the work is sloppy, and the customer service is nonexistent.
