I had a very good experience with this company with some trinkets for my wedding. They made wedding glasses that we gave as gifts to all of our guests and they were reasonably priced and turned out great!! We also got wedding programs for the ceremony that were hand fans since we got married in August. The only cons to this company are that they have 9-5 hours and they have big price breaks for very large orders and they don't return phone calls, but I thought their customer service was very professional and courteous once you made a connection via email. I really enjoyed working with this place to personalize some gear for my wedding. They did a screen print of numbers and a name on the back of a football jersey. They had a lot of options as far as colors and fonts... The one thing I wish we could have done ahead of time was be able to visualize what the font size was going to look like. We ended up getting the number slightly bigger than we wanted and that was a little but of a bummer, but it still looked great because the quality couldn't be beat. They were also very quick and were done by the date they estimated for us. I am looking forward to going back here to personalize some items for my daughter's birthday in May. From what I remember the pricing was a little higher than I would have liked, so it'll be interesting if they changed any of that and if they have some updated software to visualize what your product will look like. With Etsy and all the different ways to personalize all kinds of items these days, it's nice to have a place that you can actually walk in to and speak with someone face to face instead of over the internet. read more

They're nice enough but i just didn't get the customer service i was looking for from them. I ordered 2 trophies. One of them was wrong and they blamed me for the mistake. I showed them the original paperwork and the lady had to eat her words and say "Oh!". If i didn't have the original paperwork then I would have been forced to spend more money. We had been using the same awards company for 20 years and their prices had increased every year. I'd used Alpine Awards many years ago to order football trophy's when I was a volunteer for FFL Football so I recommended we go check them out. Margarita at Alpine was great help.
